Which payment methods are available in the online shop?

You can pay via the following online banks offered by Checkout Finalnd: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Säästöpankki/POP, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, S-pankki.
You can also pay with the following credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Business Eurocard. Or you can choose to pay by PayPal.

Do I have to register?

No, you can also order without registering. Don’t forget that by registering, you can follow your order’s progress, check your order history and update your details on the My Account page.

How do I find out the correct ring size?

It is easy to measure the right size for your ring. Here are two different ways to do it:
  1. Measure your ring size using another ring that is the right size for you. Click here to print instructions.
  2. If you don’t own a printer or another ring that is the right size for you, contact our customer services, and we will send you an easy-to-use ring-size measurer.
    Don’t forget that the width of the ring affects the size so that a wider ring may require a bigger size (e.g. if you normally would wear a size 16 ring, a wider ring may mean that you need size 16.5). Seasons, temperature and salty food may also have an effect on the size of your fingers. It is a good idea to measure your ring size in the evening when your fingers are slightly swollen.

How do I know the length of the chain I should order?

Hang an existing chain or a piece of string around your neck to decide the length of the chain you would prefer; measure the length of the chain or string.

What if I wish to return my order?

According to the Consumer Protection Act, you have 14 days to return your order after receiving it. Contact our customer services at info@helikauhanen.fi, and we will give you instructions on how to return your order.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Varastosta löytyvillä tuotteilla on tilauksen käsittelyaika 1-3 päivää ja toimitusaika 3-5 arkipäivää Suomessa. Ulkomaille tilattaessa käsittelyaika on 1-3 arkipäivää ja toimitusaika on 5-12 arkipäivää.

Can I track my order?

You will be emailed an order confirmation after we have received your order. After we have dispatched your product you will receive a dispatch confirmation in your email. The orders are sent using Itella, so you can track your order using their tracking number.

What does my order include?

The piece of jewellery you order will be sent in a high-quality jewellery box. Your order will also include a polishing cloth and a stylish card, which is perfect if the item you have purchased is a gift.

The ring I have ordered is not the right size; what do I do?

Contact our customer services at info@helikauhanen.fi, and we will help you with choosing a product that is the right size for you. You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it and order a new product in the right size.

I would like to have an engraving in my piece of jewellery; is that possible?

It is possible to include an engraving in some of our products, please contact our customer services at info@helikauhanen.fi. The price of the engraving depends on its size and style. Please note that your order will take longer if you order an engraving.

Can I exchange a product?

We don’t have an actual exchange policy. However, you can return the products you have ordered and make another order in our shop. Contact our customer services at info@helikauhanen.fi, and we will help you if necessary.

What if I receive a faulty item/an item is missing from my order?

Contact our customer services without delay, and we will let you know how to rectify the issue.

What kind of a company is T:mi Heli Kauhanen?

The designer, Master of Arts, Heli Kauhanen founded the company T:mi Heli Kauhanen (Spoonfull Design) carrying her name in 1999. The company’s business ID is FI 1529353-9.
The company designs, makes and produces high-quality jewellery and small objects.
The majority of our products are made using precious metals, stone, titanium, wood and glass, and cooperation with different crafts artisans is central to many of our projects. In addition to our own collections, we also design unique, customer-specific collections for companies and organisations. The company also offers exhibition architecture design.
The cornerstones of Spoonfull Design are quality, durability and everyday beauty.

Our jewellery is mainly made from silver 925 and titanium.

Where do you source your materials?

The materials are sourced from reliable and ethical companies. The silver is at least 80% recycled.

Our jewellery is made in our workshop in Lahti.

Heli Kauhanen designs the jewellery, and they are made in our workshop in cooperation with goldsmith Juha Loikala.
